I have had a passion for counseling since a young age and knew this my calling. Always being identified as an empath, I was called to the field of counseling.

I have worked in various areas and roles and specialize in addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety treatment. My goal is to best help clients heal through self-awareness and behavioral changes.

I have an eclectic style of counseling which includes Psychoanalysis, Acceptance and Commitment therapy as well as evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
